African Passport masks

These passport (Mini) masks come from Cote d' Ivore.They are small and colorful verions of masks from different tribes of West Africa.They were used as personal identification when moving from region to region, and would also assist in identifying each tribe. Each mask is hand made using clay and wood, intricately hand painted and mounted on a wood base. All the mini masks on stand come in sets of 3. 

We now also carry a full size version of the passport mask for your wall decor without stands. These large masks are Apprx 14"- 16" long and come in sets of 2.
