The Tikar are a grouping of ethnic people who reside mainly in the northwest of Cameroon. Their beaded masks are very distinctive and it forms an important part of their culture. This fabulous and very distinctive mask has been meticulously carved and painstakingly detailed with intricate beadwork and cowry Shells. Its a very old piece of Mask.
